1. Do I need to put my animals away?

-NO! We love all animals and will gladly work around them. If your animals have been known to be aggressive, please take appropriate actions before I arrive.

2. Do I need to clean up before the appointment?

-NO! That's why you called me :)

3. Should we be home or leave for the service?

-I will gladly work around your family with no issues. So this is up to you!

4. Can I make a spare key for you?

-Yes, I have a designated key ring for my clients who choose to do so.

5. Are you comfortable with cameras in my home, recording while you complete the service? -Absolutely! About 95% of my clients have cameras in the majority of their home- feel free!

6. Do you have a referral program?

-YES! I offer 10% off your next service, if your friends or family book me!

7. Are you insured?

-YES! I offer details upon request.
